Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Mo subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Note: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Apple does not allow developers to issue refunds directly, so you will need to request a refund from Apple. Apple reviews and processes refunds independently of Mo.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you purchased it.

• If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
• If you subscribed through Google Play, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.
• If you subscribed directly through Mo, you can manage or cancel your subscription in the Account section of the app or on the web at https://web.momeditation.app/account.

When cancellation takes effect

Canceling your subscription turns off auto-renewal. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.

Free trials and introductory offers

If your subscription starts with a free trial or introductory offer, you will not be charged until that period ends. Unless canceled before then, the subscription will automatically renew at the applicable standard price for the selected billing period.
